1、用手的话很费劲,可以用3-5根筷子放在一起,在放入蛋清的万种顺一个方向不停的搅动,大约需要5-10分钟的时间,档蛋清打成泡沫状就可以了,不过这个过程很费劲。
2、可以买一个手动打蛋器,30-100元左右。如果家中有手电钻也可以的,自己用4mm的铁丝自制一个椭圆形状,在碗里把蛋清顺一个方向打,开始用2档打,带打的有点稠糊了再用高速打,大约1-3分钟就可以打好了。打蛋的速度和质量要比手动打蛋好的多。
