1、According to the terms of this contract, the buyer agreed to purchase the following procts, while the seller agreed to sell them. The two sides agreed to adopt C. I. P provisions ,with signing.
2、Clearing the dollar as the above price and use a fixed exchange rate (1 USD: 1RMB = 7.35), when the actual exchange rate movements in the light of changes in the ratio of the corresponding change in prices.
3、Using letters of credit
After the buyer received the notification from the seller [to see the terms of this contract 11 (b)], he should issue by the Dutch bank letters of credit which is to the seller for all beneficiaries, as the same amount as the shipping, transferable documentation, irrevocable, restrictive negotiating before delivery 15 to 20 days and the negotiable bank is Hangzhou Branch of the China Construction. The seller should deliver all receipts to negotiatory bank (see paragraph 10 of this contract)Bank. Negotiating bank should pay after it receiving the receipt. Letters of credit is effective within 15 days after shipment .
4、11.Shipment:
The seller must notice the buyer the booking ship’s name and the transport routes in 30 days before shipment, at the purpose of confirmation for the buyer .The seller should signed the contract of carriage, complete transport related matters, and notice the buyer the expected delivery time , Contract, the invoice amount, the number of shipment ,the weight and size of each,in 15 days prior to shipment

1.Hereby the two parties agree to set up the contract under C.P.I Clause for the below procts as follows.
2.The prices are based on US Dollar and the Exchange rate is stable (1USD:1RMB=7.35), the prices will be changed accordingly when they is a change on the exchange rate in order to meet the ordered prices.
3.Payment terms is L/C
The Buyer should apply with the Holland bank for the Negotiable, Irrepealable, Restricted L/C payment by documents presented,
Seller to be the Benificiary and Construction bank of China Hangzhou branch to be the Paying bank .
with the same amount as the value of the goods ship out ,within 15 to 20days after the receipt of the seller's delivery notice(see clause 11b of this contract)
The Paying bank will make the payment once receive the mentioned docs from the Seller(see clause 10 of this contract)
4.Delivery
The Seller should send the information of the Vessel name and route to the Buyer for approach 30 days prior to the shipment.
The Seller will be responsible for the Shipping contract and shipping details , Meanwhile advise the Seller about the ETD,No.of contract,Invoice amount and the quantity,weight,Means of each item.
