昨天一日三餐吃了什么英语作文结构

What Did I Eat Yesterday?

Yesterday was such an exciting day! I woke up bright and early, feeling nice and rested after a good night's sleep. As soon as I opened my eyes, my stomach started rumbling because I was really hungry. I couldn't wait to eat my breakfast!

For my first meal of the day, my mom made me scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey bacon, and whole wheat toast with strawberry jam. Mmm, it was so yummy! The eggs were light and fluffy, and the cheese made them extra tasty. The turkey bacon was crispy and not too salty. And the strawberry jam on my toast was sweet and fruity - my favorite! I drank a big glass of cold milk to wash it all down.

After breakfast, I got dressed for school and my mom dropped me off. I had so much energy from my healthy breakfast that I was ready to learn all kinds of new things. During our morning snack time, I munched on an apple and some baby carrots that I had packed. Fruits and veggies always make me feel good.

Finally, it was time for lunch! I was super hungry after playing outside at recess. I opened up my awesome Spider-Man

lunchbox and saw that my mom had made me a turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread. She even cut off the crusts for me, just how I like it! I also had a bag of baked potato chips, a nutrigrain bar for a treat, and a Capri Sun drink. My friend Bobby tried to trade me his Ho Hos for my nutrigrain bar, but there was no way I was going to do that. I worked up a big appetite after running around at recess, so I ate every last bite. When I got home from school in the afternoon, I had a snack of apple slices with peanut butter while I did my homework. The peanut butter gave me some energy to power through my math worksheets. Once I finished up, I got to relax and play outside for a little while before dinner.

For our dinner last night, my dad grilled up some juicy hamburgers! We had them on sesame seed buns with all the fixings - lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup and mustard. On the side, there were baked French fries and ears of sweet corn that were so fresh and crisp. My little sister doesn't like the corn though, so she just had some salad instead. For dessert, my mom baked her famous chocolate chip cookies and we all had a couple of those with some cold milk. They were ooey, gooey perfection!

After our big dinner, I was completely stuffed. My belly was full of all that delicious, healthy food that gave me energy and nutrition to learn, play, and grow. I had eaten so much

throughout the day that I didn't even want a bedtime snack for once!

I just love food and eat my favorite things like pizza, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and ice cream sometimes. But I also really enjoy lots of other foods like the ones I had yesterday that are good for me too. With every meal, I try to eat a fruit or vegetable because I know they'll help me be strong and healthy. I still have my favorite treats once in a while though - everything in moderation!

My mom and dad always make sure our family has plenty of tasty options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. We eat a balanced diet with things from all the different food groups. I never know exactly what to expect, but I can count on it being delicious. Eating nutritious meals gives me energy to learn new things, pay attention in class, and run around playing with my friends. Food is pretty amazing if you ask me!
